Accessing account settings

Click your avatar

Click your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the editor.

Select Account Settings

Choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

What you can manage

Profile

  • Name — Your display name
  • Email — The email address associated with your account
  • Avatar — Your profile picture

Security

  • Password — Change your account password
  • Sessions and devices — View and manage active sessions across your devices

​
Subscription

  • Current plan — See which plan you are on (Creator, Pro, or Teams)
  • Upgrade or downgrade — Switch plans at any time
  • Billing history — View past invoices and payment details

Preferences

  • Voice settings — Your preferred voiceover voice and settings are synced across sessions
  • Editor preferences — Settings like snap behavior and default export quality

Cloud projects

When you are signed in, your projects are automatically backed up to the cloud. This means you can access them from any device by logging into your account.
Your projects are local-first — they are always available on your device even if you are offline. Cloud backup happens automatically when you are connected.

Deleting your account

If you need to delete your account, email founders@usecardboard.com and the team will process your request. Account deletion removes your profile, subscription, and cloud-stored projects.
